Our New Year's Eve weekend sees 2009 go out with a bang as we celebrate with our 6 course Gala Dinner. You'll enjoy a fantastic celebratory menu that's paced throughout the evening, before toasting in the New Year with Champagne and Auld Lang Syne.
Ease into New Year's day with a lie in then a late buffet breakfast. Take it easy during the day with a film in our cinema or some detox in our spahh, before enjoying our a la carte menu during the evening.
